Full Time Nannies Full time nannies work between 35-55+ hours per week. While some nannies work standard 9-5 shifts, others may work alternating schedules, or alongside other nannies to provide 24/7 in-home nanny care. Current rates for professional full-time nannies are between $22-$35 per hour.

Part Time Nannies Part-Time Nannies work between 25-34 hours per week. Schedules can vary from 3-5 days per week, with a minimum of 25 hours per week. We’ll work with you to determine a set schedule that works for everyone! Current rate for Part-Time Nannies are $22-$30 per hour.

Newborn Care SPECIALISTS A Newborn Care Specialist (NCS) work between 40-55 hours per week. While some NCS work standard 9-5 shifts, others may work alternating schedules, or alongside other nannies to provide 24/7 in-home nanny care. Current rates for professional full-time The current market rate for a NCS in Texas varies depending on experience and location, but typically ranges from $28 to $35 per hour.

HYBRID NANNIES Hybrid nannies typically work between 40-55+ hours per week, with specific time scheduled for them to complete other household duties when direct childcare is not required, such as while children are at school. Current rates for professional hybrid nannies are between $25-$35 per hour.

bilingual nannies Bilingual Nannies are nannies that are responsible for direct childcare in the home, and per the family’s specific request, are fluent in a language other than English, as well as in English. The most common language spoken and requested by families is Spanish. Current rates for professional bilingual nannies are between $25-$35 per hour.

temoprary nannies Temporary Nannies work between 25-40 hours per week. Schedules can vary from 3-5 days per week, with a minimum of 25 hours per week.Current rates for Temporary Nannies are $22-$30 per. Temporary Nanny Placements consist of a 2-6 month commitment.

NIGHT nannies Night Nannies usually starts with a family soon after the baby is home, and stays typically for up to 3-4 months. Night Nannies often work 10-12 hour overnight shifts, or can be hired to provide 24-hour care for up 7 consecutive days a week. Current market rate for an experienced Night Nanny can range from $30-45/hr.
